COVID-19 Update from Robbies Billiards
We have received multiple questions from customers regarding the effect this viral breakout and emergency is having on our business. We are very fortunate to be fully operational at this time with no employees sick or missing work. Our Robbies Master Technician crew is currently booking new table installation and service on a 2-3 week lead time with no interruptions or cancellations on our end. All employees have been instructed to follow federal recommendations on keeping 6 feet from each other and customers, to frequently wash hands whenever possible, to use hand sanitizer every time they enter and leave the company vehicles and store locations, to disinfect all tools and vehicles daily, and to stay home from work for a minimum of 14 days if anyone starts to feel under the weather. All Robbies employees are full time employees NOT CONTRACTORS and are screened daily before being allowed into our stores or customer job sites.
All technicians are equipped with paper face masks, booties, and gloves for customers who feel more comfortable with those precautions. Despite supply chain interruptions both domestic and international Robbies currently stocks over 100 new and used game tables in our Maryland warehouse for our local customers.
